Hello my fellow survivors,
people call me Q, and I'd like to apply for your AB-Brigade!
1. Why do you want to be an ABB member?
I am sick and tired of those bandits, particulary those groups of 4 or more players camping in the hills north of cherno/elektro, doing nothing but sniping random newbies. I have been hunting those by myself several times, took some of them out but always ended up dying due to being outnumbered.
In short: I want somebody I can rely on to take these creeps out and bring justice upon them.
2. How long have you been playing Dayz/Arma 2?
I've got 23 dayz of experience, dying about 6-7 times mostly due to bandit hunting solo.
3. Have you completed Arma2's boot camp up to and including the helicopter training?
Yes, I did. Aside from your squad tactics/techniques/formations, you won't have to teach me anything about DayZ/Arma2 mechanics. I am a quick learner and I usually teach myself.
4. What times do you play dayz? how often?
My location is Berlin, Germany, thus my timezone is UTC+1. I'm active at around 4PM-11PM my time.
5. Describe your first (or first one you remember) bandit encounter
I responded to a "need food/water" call some guy posted on the forums. After bringing him some supplies, he convinced me to cover him with my .50cal while he enters the supermarket in cherno. As I did, a few feet in front of my position, another sniper with a .50cal suddenly opened fire. I got nervous and decided to place a bullet in his neck. As I stood up to reposition, his overwatch opened fire and hit me in the back, resulting in my death.
The forum dude came back to my position later on, taking out another 2 bandits (probably the sniper's mates), before a third one shot him too.
6. What server are you currently spending most your time on?
I haven't settled for a fixed server yet, but I prefer no 3rd person view (for anti-cheating purposes) and 20-30 players. But that's just preference, I'm fine with virtually anything.
7. Do you have a microphone to use voice communication?
Sure do.
Cheers, PrymalQ alias Q
